Field Service Technician

• Travel to install, service, troubleshoot and repair machine tools at customer locations.
• Provide customers with high-quality technical service to ensure the optimum performance of sheet metal working machines.
• Document information and technical conditions of customer machines and make suggestions for improvement.
• Train customers on the use and/or maintenance of machines to ensure maximum productivity.
• Act as an Anubi Laser Service ambassador and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to help drive the success of their business.

You should be

• Flexible, professional, curious and bold!
• A person skilled in solving practical problems, with experience in electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics and hydraulics.
• Focus on customer service and quality.
• Expert in technology and software and file management.
• 100% eager to travel.
• Employment contract: first 6 months fixed term and then permanent.

Part time employee

• The person will take care of part of the administration supported by the administrative manager.
• Warehouse management and purchase orders.
• Possibility to evaluate whether part-time or full-time.
